The Brooklyn Bar Association, with the NYS Academy of Trial Lawyers, recently hosted a continuing legal education (CLE) seminar in Brooklyn Heights titled “Building Your House of Damages with Economic Experts." Economic expert, Kristin Kucsma, Sobel Tinari and vocational expert Edmond Provder, Occupational Assessment Services, along with attorney and program chair  Glenn Verchick, explained the best practices for determining damages at trial and the use of expert testimony to put dollar amounts on various categories of damages.
