Stephen Levinson, Ph.D.

Dr. Levinson’s experience as an economist spans over 35 years in the areas of microeconomics, regulation of business, and finance. He specialized in telecommunications pricing and public policy determination and applied these in rulemaking proceedings and testimony before state and federal governments. Dr. Levinson has also taught microeconomics to MBA students as an adjunct professor at the Rutgers University Business School. In recent years, he has applied his economic expertise extensively in forensic economic cases, including the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and employment.
