An article by Lawrence Spizman and Frank Tinari entitled "Assessing Economic Damages in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation: The State of New York," was published in the Journal of Forensic Economics, 22(1), 75-100.  A special focus of the article concerns how Rule 50A/B is applied to determine the ultimate payments to plaintiffs and their attorneys.

Ken Betz, MA, MBA, joins the SobelTinari Economics Group after a successful career in forensic economics associated with economist M. Marcus, Ph.D., who recently retired. Ken is also a faculty member at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he teaches a variety of graduate and undergraduate courses in economics and finance.
