We do not distribute our newsletters; to view our newsletters, you may access them through our Site.

Contact Request Submission Information: includes your name, company telephone number, and company email address, and your message to us, which is not protected by attorney client privilege. Our Site is hosted by a third party. We do NOT knowingly gather personal telephone numbers, home addresses or other similar information. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE SUCH INFORMATION TO STEG.
PLEASE FURTHER NOTE: If you chose to submit a request for us to contact you, we will store your name, email address, and your phone number. You are not required to create a password when submitting inquiries to us, or to download the forms and/or newsletters available on our Site. While we use reasonable measures intended to protect the limited personal information you submit through the Site, we cannot guarantee that this information may not be compromised. For this reason, we again direct you to only provide business contact information, and not personal contact information.
Usage information. We collect, track and store certain usage information, such as the use of the Site, namely when and how many times you and other persons from your company use, access or download information from and/or through our Site, including how often our newsletters and/or forms are accessed.

STEG may use your information to provide services to you or provide information and notices that STEG believes you may find interesting or useful, including responses to your e-mails. We do not distribute our newsletters to you, so you do not need to “opt in” or “opt out;” instead you select and download only those newsletters you wish to view.
Use of Analytics Technology
We use Google Analytics to enhance navigation and functionality of the Site, and to let us know how users are using the Site, so that we can make Site improvements, where necessary. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, STEG DISCLAIMS AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OF, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR DAMAGE TO, OR INTERCEPTION OF ANY OF YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION STORED ON OUR SERVERS, OR TRANSMITTED TO OR FROM OUR PORTAL WHEN YOU ACCESS OUR SITE, OUR PROPRIETARY FORMS AND NEWSLETTERS OR DOWNLOAD IMAGES THEREFROM.
Note also that we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site.
